How Do I Place An Order?
You can buy the Top-Up card @ www.estore.mcprint.asia and login with your Mobile Number/ Username and Password to REDEEM CARD or ADD CREDIT and pay using your Credit/Debit card.
After paying via PayPal online, you will receive an email with the screen shot and click on download to see the card number. Please follow the guide printed on the e-card.
Payment & Shipping
Once the payment is made and order is processed, the Redeem card number will be emailed to you. Please login to McPrint and click on Redeem Card. Input the Card Number and click Redeem.
Returns & Refunds
7 calendar days to cancel and ask for a refund.
Steps to Refund:
1) Simply email to info@mcprint.asia
2) Please provide Mobile Number or Username and bank account details.
Once we have received the refund request, we will notify you via email that the refund is being processed.
Refund request is subject to approval. Once approved, we will initiate the refund to the bank account provided by you via the email.
Please be informed that a $3.00 admin fee will be levied and deducted and the balance amount will be refunded to your bank account within the next 7 business days.

How do I reset Password?
1) Login to McPrint with your Username and password.
2) Click Change Details
3) Input New Password twice.
4) Click Change Password.
